Returns and Exchanges Policy

We have a free 7-day trial policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return
a) The product must be in:
Unused and the same condition as you received it in The original packaging.
b) A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
If the product is returned after seven days
If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
c) The processing of refunds will occur within 48 hours after the order is picked up from your end. For detailed information, please refer to our refund policy.

d) To raise a complaint for any damage, defect, or item mismatch, please share a video of the unboxing from the moment the package is opened. Kindly ensure the shipping AWB number is clearly visible at the start of the video.
This helps us process your request quickly and ensures transparency.


e) For select limited drops, refunds will only be issued as a one-time discount code.
